- Even if you’re only regional now, that does not mean that you will be later – we can assist in all states.
- Creative solutions can sometimes cross state lines. We have more exposure to more title underwriter groups = more leverage and resources if there is a new issue in a particular state (ie., we work with title underwriters to advise how their other offices have handled a hurdle in other states and get similar accommodations).

Amanda V. Dean, Esq., Co-Founder
Amanda is a real estate and title attorney, who has served as corporate counsel with the nation's largest title insurance underwriter as well as general counsel to a national real estate development and investment firm. Amanda has owned and operated multiple title agencies with both state specific and national scope. Amanda focuses on helping customers scale their business and in overcoming title hurdles to execute on closings quickly and efficiently. She has staffed Cowford Title with numerous curative team members that focus on keeping deals on track and slated for smooth closings, no matter the hurdle. Amanda also practices commercial real estate through her law firm and is able toprovide added legal support when there is a need.

Chad A. Dean, Esq., President
Chad is a real estate and title attorney and is considered one of the main "faces" of Cowford Title. You will not only see him often at the closing table, but you may also see him around town giving trainings as he tries to help the real estate industry maintain safe, secure, and knowledgeable practices. Chad has run title claims teams for the entire state of Florida and has worked closely with the FBI to track, deter, and combat wire fraud in real estate closings. Chad also handles real estate litigation matters under his law practice and allows Cowford Title to be a "one stop shop" for those issues.

Natasha Alcedo, Esq, Vice President, In-House Counsel
Natasha is a Real Estate Attorney and is Cowford Title’s Vice-President and In-House Counsel. Natasha has 10 years’ experience in the real estate and title industry and has a background in mortgage foreclosures, short sales, investment properties and specializes in legal counsel for new construction, residential, and commercial transactions. Natasha received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Tampa and graduated Cum Laude from Florida Coastal School of Law. It was while she interned at Fidelity National Title Insurance that she found her passion for real estate. Natasha was the President of HALSA, Hispanic American Law Student Association, and is currently a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, and the Young Lawyer’s Bar Division. Natasha worked with several agencies, mortgage companies, realtors, investors, and underwriters in Tampa Bay, Florida before returning back to the Jacksonville market in 2020 and joining the Cowford Title winning team. Natasha is a passionate leader and team player. She values kindness, honesty, and fairness and invites you to reach out to her for any file, legal, or title needs.

Daniel T. Vancise, Vice President of Business Development - Licensed FL Title Agent
Daniel is the Vice President of Business Development at Cowford Title and has over 13 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industry, including, asset management, loan servicing, loss mitigation, real estate investing, compliance, relationship management, process improvement, client engagement, and building successful teams. Daniel has represented several servicers in foreclosure mediations across the country and has successfully built teams and processes for several organizations in the real estate industry. Daniel is also a licensed title agent, and provides added value to customers and referral partners in coordinating trainings, participating in public events, and supporting business development in general. He has received numerous accolades for his passion in building relationships and exceeding client expectations.
